Each song we create is uniquely crafted to tell your personal story, which means we are unable to offer refunds, as the artist’s and platform’s work has already been compensated.

We take great care to ensure that every song meets our high standards—this includes ensuring that the lyrics reflect your story, the vocals are pitch-perfect, and the recording quality is top-notch.

If any aspect of your song falls short of these standards, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your song, and we will review your concerns on a case-by-case basis and will always do our best to offer a satisfactory resolution.

As part of our 100% satisfaction guarantee, if the song does not meet your quality standard, we will offer an adjustment or will create a new song for you at no extra charge.

However, because music is inherently subjective, simply not liking the song or melody is not sufficient grounds for a refund. On a case-by-case basis we will offer a resolution that can include a brand new song free of charge.
